title: Controlling the Temperature of Tropical Fruits in One of the Hottest Places on Earth
description: See how the Department of Agriculture and Fisheries of Queensland used our system to control the conditions of their fruits and vegetables.

One of the most important agricultural regions in Australia is Queensland – 79 percent of its surface is used as agricultural land. The most popular fruit exported from Queensland are: bananas, papaya, lychee, limes, mango, dragon fruit, pomegranates, mandarins… and many others.
Queensland is considered the second hottest place on Earth – the temperature reached 50.7°C here. Although the temperatures are not extremely high on a daily basis, work related to the storage and transport of fresh products is much more difficult, especially on such a large scale.
It is no wonder that the local Department of Agriculture and Fisheries was looking for a system that would allow to control the temperature both at the fruit and vegetable distribution centers and during transport. The technology developed by our company turned out to be suitable.
The system developed by our company solves an important industry problem – it allows to constantly monitor the temperature without the need of manual checking.
The credit card size recorders send data to a hub connected to the network. Then, in case of an anomaly, SMS or e-mail notification is sent to the responsible person.
The Department also appreciates other functionalities of the solution developed by us and plans to enlarge the system.
Our technology is already used by in the Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, Haiti, Singapore.

Fruitful Office has been supplying fruit to offices to various countries of Western Europe for 10 years.
To assure the real-time monitoring of transported and stored products and thus meet the requirements of customers, Fruitful has chosen a special temperature monitoring system provided by us.
Fruitful uses temperature data loggers installed in various locations all over Germany.
How does the temperature monitoring system work in practice?
The company is planning to enlarge the system by installing data loggers in two new distributions centers.
title: French Partnership Results in Equipping Companies from the Pharmaceutical Sector
description: Learn more about our partnership with a French company SOPAC and see example case studies from its customers.

SOPAC specializes in the distribution of measuring instruments for quality control, validation of thermal processes, monitoring of the cold chain, bacterial detection to provide complete solutions for various sectors.
It’s been several years that Blulog has been cooperating with SOPAC.
One of the results of this joint effort is the SOPALOG RF solution, composed of temperature data loggers (RF + NFC) allowing data transmission in real time and automatic alarms via email/SMS in case of excursions.
The device transmits data to a gateway (hub) connected to the Internet either by an Ethernet cable, Wifi or GPRS. The data is then accessible remotely, using BluConsole – a dedicated application available on the website www.SopaConsole.com.
SOPALOG RF is used to monitor the temperature in cold rooms, refrigerators, containers, warehouses or trucks during transport.
Among the customers who have already chosen the solution we include:
The laboratory chose the solution SOPALOG RF to modernize its system for monitoring temperature and humidity during the in vitro diagnostic tests in the field of infectious disease.
Thirty control points were put into operation in cold rooms, freezers, ovens where, in case of any temperature excursions, automatic alarms are now immediately emailed 7/24.
The company has a branch specialized in the transport of pharmaceuticals. They decided to equip their trucks with SOPALOG NFC data loggers that can be programmed and read with a smartphone or an NFC equipped tablet. The users can have access to graphics and temperature reports at one glance.
title: Quality Fast Food Chain Equips 15 Restaurants in France with Our NFC Solution
description: Learn more about the solution that integrates our NFC data loggers for the dematerialization of the Health Control Plan (HCP).
image:
Founded in 2001 in Belgium, EXKI is a quality fast food chain incorporating nutrition and well-being with a real ecological and social commitment. Nowadays, the chain has 85 restaurants, spread out in 5 European countries (Belgium, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands) and in the United States.
Catering follows very strict rules regarding hygiene and respect of the cold chain, designed to avoid the emergence of bacteria and toxins. A temperature change, even a minor one, can lead to quality deterioration of the product and be responsible for food poisoning.
Coolterm, which distributes our NFC data loggers, has worked in collaboration with the Ubique group to offer to EXKI the IQoo solution. It integrates our NFC data loggers for the dematerialization of its Health Control Plan (HCP) and its HACCP traceability (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point).
EXKI was impressed by the IQoo solution, integrating the NFC data loggers from us. As part of the IQoo solution, each restaurant is equipped with a PDA to ensure the preservation of its products and to pilot the NFC data loggers.
Credit-card sized, autonomous and reliable, the NFC data loggers provide a precision of 0.2°C between 0 and 30°C and 0.5°C on the rest of the range -40°C to +60°C. Moreover, all data is secured and encrypted using the key AES128. The autonomy, memory and calibration of the data loggers have a 1-year warranty.
The testing phase at EXKi resulted in the deployment of the solution in 15 EXKi restaurants in France. The next step will be to extend the solution to the Belgian restaurants of the brand but also to continue to conquer new renowned references for the IQoo/Blulog partnership.
