Location Tracking 

In this section you'll learn how to update GPS position and show logger's route.

GPS status

  1. In order to update GPS position, first press on the “3 dots” icon on the top right.

  2. A drop-down menu will appear where you will be able to select “Settings”.

  3. Inside settings set the “Auto location” to “yes”.

  4. Also make sure that the location tracking is switched on your smartphone.

  5. Reopen the bluTag application. A new window should pop up asking you to allow bluTag to access your device’s location.

  6. Press on the “ALLOW” text.

Make sure you are connected to a carrier on your smartphone.

  1. Press on the “3 dots” icon on the top right. A drop-down menu will appear where you will be able to select “GPS status”.

    If the GPS position was updated, the message should appear at the bottom with date and time of the update.

Logger route

  1. In order to show the logger’s route press on the “3 dots” icon on the top right.

  2. A drop-down menu will appear where you will be able to select “Show logger route”.

Make sure you are inside a “Recording Details” section.

Thanks to this tool, you will be able to check where in the past the logger was scanned using Google Maps.
