Troubleshooting

Loggers 

Any logger-related problems? Please follow these pointers to fix them now!

Issue 01 – Logger is too far

  • First, please try to install the RF logger more close to the hub or move the hub closer.

Issue 02 – RF module issue

If it does not help, check if the logger is actually recording data. You can use a bluTag app on your phone or a bluNFC app on your desktop with NFC reader to read data. Please follow resources below to learn more about these apps.

  • Place your logger near your phone or NFC reader to read data.

In case the logger is recording current data but not sending them to the hub, there could be an issue with the RF module. Please contact us for further help.

Issue 03 – Logger has expired

  • In case the logger is not recording current data, please check on bluConsole if the logger has expired. To do it, go to the “Loggers” page, type in your logger ID number and check the date in the “Expiration date” column.

If that is the case, we welcome you to place an order! If it is not the case, please contact our support.
